Enter the code in the text box and click on the Find Code button. The information for the new code will populate including item name, retail price, discount price, bottles per store pack, and size (in ml).
After you have loaded the information for the product, you will need to either check the checkbox for the "Suppress recalculation of minimum" or enter a minimum reorder quantity in the text box. Entering the minimum quantity will automatically update the maximum quantity in the box below. After you have entered this information, click on the Add Code button. If you do not want to add this item to your store, click on the Cancel button.

Product already exists at your store.
You will receive this message if you try to add a product that is already in your store.
Product is not allowed at your location.
You will receive this message if the product you are trying to add is not allowed in your store.
This item only available for ISLD State Stores.
You will receive this message if the product you are trying to add is only available (from the ISLD warehouse) to ISLD State Store locations.
After you have selected a valid new NABCA, there are a couple of error messages you can receive when you click on
Add Code
Please enter Minimum Reorder Quantity and then click on 'Add Code' again.
You will receive this message if you do not enter a minimum quantity or check the checkbox for "Suppress recalculation
of minimum".
Please enter a valid Minimum Reorder Quantity and then click on 'Add Code' again.
You will receive this message if you enter a quantity for your minimum reorder that is not valid.
