Inventory - Locator

Product Search Criteria

When you first load the page, you will see a number of search criteria that you can enter to filter the products that you can view. You can enter any of the following:

You can also filter your results by:

Please note that the inventory represented by the locator program was the inventory available at the ISLD Central Office on the prior date. This means that inventory for contract store locations will only be updated once for each week ending date, while state store locations will be updated daily. Inventory and prices will always reflect the current calendar month (this is important at the end of the month when key changes and pack changes take effect).

Product type represents the different groupings of products used by the ISLD Central Office. The following types are identified within the system:

Clicking on the Search button will search for any products that match the search criteria you have entered. If you have entered a single NABCA code, the information for that product will be loaded. If you have entered criteria in the other search boxes but have not entered a specific NABCA code, you will see a list of search results that the criteria apply to.

The Modify Search button will allow you to edit the existing search criteria, but will leave them in the search boxes at the top of the page. In contrast, the Clear button will clear out the search criteria entered and allow you to begin a new search - this includes the filter you have selected.

The Store Lookup button allows you to view the inventory of the selected product in the store locations. Remember that this is the inventory that is recorded at the Central Office at the end of the fiscal week for contract store locations, not the current inventory at your store location.
