Inventory - Maintain Product Info

First you will need to select the NABCA code of the product you want to maintain in the dropdown box to load the product information. The system will load the following information for the product: item name, retail price, discount price, size (in ml), beginning quantity on hand, bottles per store pack, and current quantity on hand. It will also load all activity for the week, broken down day by day, as well as a sub-total. The Minimum Reorder Quantity can be modified on this page. Changing this value will update the maximum quantity. You can also choose to suppress the recalculation of the minimum by Checking the checkbox. After making any changes to the product information, you will need to click on the Update Code button.

The Cancel button will exit out of the current product without saving any changes. Other buttons that may appear include the Delete Code button, which will delete a code from your store inventory immediately, the Delete After Week Ending button that will delete a product from your inventory after the week ending if the product has 0 bottles on hand, and the Do Not Delete - Keep In in Inventory button which will keep a product in inventory if it was previously marked to be deleted at the week ending. If you have selected to have the product deleted after week ending, you will see this message at the bottom of the screen This item will be deleted when you next transmit sales as long as the on hand quantity is still 0.

Possible error messages

You will receive this message if you do not have a valid minimum reorder quantity entered (or the checkbox selected): There was a problem updating product information. Please enter Minimum Reorder Quantity for this item.
