Reports - Activity Summary Report

This report allows you to look through your inventory history by week. You have dropdown options to limit the data returned by date range and NABCA range. Clicking on the Search button will return results based on the criteria you enter and display it in a table format. The data listed in the table contains information for each week ending. Each record lists week ending date, retail bottles sold, retail dollars, discount bottles sold, discount dollars, freight received, transfers in, transfers out, beginning stock, and ending stock. There is a summary at the bottom of total bottle sales and total dollar sales, as well as a summary for each column.

Possible Error Messages

If your beginning NABCA for the NABCA Range is larger than your ending NABCA, you will receive this message: Beginning NABCA should not exceed ending NABCA.
If your beginning date for the Date Range is after your ending date, you will receive this message: First week ending date should not exceed last week ending date.
