Reports - Activity Report

This report allows you to look through your inventory history by product. You have dropdown options to limit the data returned by date range and NABCA range. Clicking on the Search button will return results based on the criteria you enter and display it in a table format. The data listed in the table contains information for each product with one line for each week ending. Each record lists NABCA code, description, size (in ml), week ending date, retail bottles sold, retail price, retail dollars, discount bottles sold, discount price, discount dollars, freight received, transfers in, transfers out, beginning stock and ending stock.

You can navigate through the pages of product information by clicking on the numeric links at the bottom of the page.

Possible Error Messages

If your beginning NABCA for the NABCA Range is larger than your ending NABCA, you will receive this message: Beginning NABCA should not exceed ending NABCA.
If your beginning date for the Date Range is after your ending date, you will receive this message: First week ending date should not exceed last week ending date.
