This report allows you to view a count sheet for your inventory. You can choose to limit this count sheet in several ways. You have a start and endinng NABCA code that can be selected in the dropdowns for the "NABCA Range". You can also select a minimum and maximum bottle size by choosing values in the dropdowns for the "Bottle Size Range". Finally, you have the option to sort by either NABCA code or by Quantity and then NABCA code (Quantity, NABCA). Sorting by quantity will start with negative on hand values and work up to the largest on hand value. By filtering the list, you will see only products to which all search criteria apply.
After you have entered your filter criteria, you have two options for the report. You can choose to run a Count Sheet which shows details for each product. This will print with Size, Description, Begin, In, Out, Back, Front, Total, On Hand, Adjust +/-, and NABCA to allow you to have a physical count sheet you can print out to count the selected items. The values for size, description, begin, in, out, on hand, and NABCA will automatically populate from the sales, freight, and transfer information for the week. The report lists Grand Totals at the bottom.
You can also run the Total Bottles Report to see the Total Bottles in Inventory. This is the current on hand bottles at the store.
The Reset Form button will clear the current search and allow you to print a different count sheet.
