Reports - Unable to Order

This report is used with the freight request screen to determine items that will be unable to be added to your freight request. There are two sections on the page; the top section details items that will be cut from the order and the bottom section lists items that will be ordered at a reduced quantity.

Items that will be cut from the order will display the NABCA code, description, size (in ml), the number of cases/store packs wanted, 0 for the number that will be ordered, and the reason the item will be cut. Examples of reasons include "Out of Stock Closeout", "On Hold", and "Out of Stock Gift Item".

Items that will be ordered at reduced quantity may also be cut completely from your order. These items have low stock in the warehouse and orders will be reduced based on sales at the store locations. The system will determine the number of bottles allowed at your location and compare that to your current stock for the item (including bottles on freight orders you have not received) and adjust the amount you are allowed to order based on this.

If there are no items on your current freight request, there will be a link to Request Freight Now
The link will take you to the page to create a freight request (additional information here).

Possible Warning Messages

If you have already started creating an order, you will see this message:

Your Current Freight Request
The link will take you to view your current order (additional information here). If you submit or delete the order, this page will not display this warning and will instead display the products that will be ordered at reduced quantity or cut from the order.
