This page allows you to search the active licensees in the state by DSN (Discount Sales Number), Licensee Name, Address, or City. You can search all licensees by selecting Search or only the licensees that have been added to your store by using the Search My Licensees Only button. Please note that you do not need to type in the complete value when entering the licensee name, address, or city. Entering in a partial name or value will also return any matching search results (e.g. A search for "Falls" in the City textbox will return search results for Idaho Falls, Post Falls, and Twin Falls). You can combine the filtering options and the Search My Licensees Only button to filter your list of licensees.
The Clear button will reset the form.
After selecting a licensee from the list click on View to see the details of that licensee including: DSN, Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone, Contact, and Expiration Date. Licensees that have been added to your store will also show a Current Comment and Last Invoice number. If this is a licensee that has not been added to your store, you will have the option to enter a comment and then click on Add Licensee to add the licensee to your store's list. If the licensee has already been added to your store, you can either click on Update to change the comment stored for that DSN or on Remove DSN if you need to delete that licensee.
You must either enter a valid search criteria or click on the Search My Licensees Only
button. If you do not enter valid criteria, you will see this message:

If you enter search criteria that does not match any licensees in the system, you will see this message:
No licensees found matching your search criteria.
